Comment:

 It happens in normal use, we were trying to tail the logs in the VT, but
 got hit by the freeze too.

 Cannot repro today on joyride-2301 but we do have TamTamJam _consistently_
 locking hard on startup on 2 of 4 XOs. #7989

 Also filing a bug about a similar hard lockup on Measure that seems to hit
 relatively consistently. Something about sound?
