 Chat version 45 refuses to start.  The icon blinks for a while and then
 disappears.  Examining the activity log, it appears that the import of the
 "simplejson" library is failing.  Examining previous releases of Chat, it
 appears that this dependency was added in version 41.  If Chat is going to
 have a dependency on this Python library, it should probably include it
 directly until
 it is added to a standard build system build.

 Alternatively, this is a bug in my upgrade to 703 build which some
 how failed to install "simplejson".
