 Last I can recall, #7293 was ''not'' fixed, which would imply that any
 solution to this ticket doesn't satisfy all the needed requirements.
 Unfortunately, #7293 prevents me from checking right now, since I can't
 reveal the Frame without leaving the launcher.  Additionally (and counter-
 intuitively), I can't reselect a launcher once I've left.

 I cannot repeat enough that the launcher needs to ''be'' an activity in
 every possible respect.  I should be able to tab to it, past it, select
 it, leave it by pressing the other zoom level keys, return to it by
 pressing the activity zoom level key, etc.
