Comment:

 Does it really need new code?  I think we should do what we can do for the
 basic cases, and add special treatment for the exceptions later.  We
 really need the launcher to appear ''as'' an activity, in the activity
 zoom level.  It seems that setting ZOOM_ACTIVITY is the best way to do
 this.

 As an aside, right now something is totally botched, because revealing the
 Frame while the launcher is shown ''hides'' the launcher and returns to
 Home view.  That's totally incorrect, but I don't know if it is the same
 issue as this or not.  Marco?
