 Briefly looked at this.  Yes, that's ugly.  The same style is used at
 https://activation.laptop.org and looks fine on Firefox-4.xo as well as
 Firefox on my laptop, but looks bad on the XO using Browse, so this
 definitely seems to be a Browse rendering bug.
