 Hi Sayamindu,

 A translator found an error while trying to download a PO file using
 Internet Explorer.  I verified the bug in IE7, the error report is:

 Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested
 site is either unavailable or cannot be found.  Please try again later.

 I tried searching for this bug on the official Pootle Bugzilla, but didn't
 find one.  So perhaps it is a local bug?
 I also searched the OLPC Pootle localization list for the past couple of
 months and found nothing...
