 Sorry about the churn on this!

 See my note on 7125 for the latest.

 Bummer we can't do this! But I accept that its not possible to reliably
 start the journal even when NAND is full in the next given the time (a few
 weeks) we have left.

 I moved it to 8.2.1. We're going to need this sooner than later...
