 Here are the places where I can spot this:

 sugar:
  src/intro/window.py: "go-right" and "go-left"

 journal-activity:
  collapsedentry.py: "go-right"
  detailview.py: "go-previous"
  journaltoolbox.py: "activity-start"
  palettes.py: "activity-start"

 web-activity:
  edittoolbar.py: "go-next-paired" and "go-previous-paired"
  webtoolbar.py: "go-next-paired" and "go-previous-paired"

 Write, Read and Paint, and may be other activities, are also affected. I
 think it'll tremendous effort to fix each activity manually, note also
 that some icons has currently no mirrored alternative (like "activity-
 start"), so I think it is better to fix it once in a central way.
