 Media playback should inhibit suspend.  Trac #7913 covers Record, but we
 also playback media with the Totem plugin in Browse.  The plugin should be
 patched (or wrapped) to inhibit suspend while it is playing.

 Maybe this can be done in the gstreamer framework, so that it works for
 Record, Browse, Firefox, and any other application which plays media with
 gstreamer?
