 When buddy icons move on neighborhood view, they leave bits behind.

 This may be an existing issue - I've seen it for some time - but I could
 not find an existing ticket.

 Observed on joyride-2281.

 On XO A, view the neighborhood view. On XO B (visible on A) share an
 activity - which makes B's icon move. A small piece of the head is left
 when it moves. Stop the shared activity or share others to make it happen
 more.
