Comment:

 My first suspect would be our fork trick in rainbow. Unfortunately I don't
 have the bandwidth to download an image and test here :/ Perhaps mstone
 can suggest to khaled a way to disable the trick and see if it fixes
 things?

 Otherwise I can see if Tomeu or Simon can help tracking this down.
