 Hi Greg,

 I'd like to get this in too.  It sounds like it isn't exposed by ethtool,
 but I think I saw mention of it exposed by the new packet filter code in a
 different bug.  Ricardo, would you be able to provide a recipe for us to
 set wake on ARP with it?
