 Primarily developers. We probably also have some documentation that tells
 users to use them (and run certain commands) for e.g. when the terminal
 activity is not installed.

 You get the first one when you press ctrl+alt+mesh and you get the 2nd one
 when you press ctrl+alt+friends. As a user you don't get a say in this,
 they are always there.

 release for it. If its important we can still fix it but we're almost out
 of time.

 My concern would largely be that we don't have an understanding of the
 issue, and there may be related security issues. Why is X allowed to
 listen for keypresses when X is not active?
