 When downloading a .xo activity bundle with Browse-95, it is not added as
 a favourite so the kid is assumed to understand the list view and needs to
 go hunt down the activity manually. Downloading a .xo is an action that
 indicates the kid wants to use that activity. The assumption should be to
 add new activities as favourites by default, allowing the kid to un-mark
 favourites if they decide they don't want to use it often.

 Most kids will want to use the home ring view, and some the freeform
 layout. But list view is of low UI utility due to the need to scroll about
 the list (good for specific admin/maintenance actions only).
