 Hi Michael,

 I think we need the directory structure used by activities frozen and
 documented (and hopefully backward compatible).

 That's what is a blocker on this. In other words we need a decision,
 documented and communicated, preferably well before the release.

 Let me know if I am mis-interpreting the bug. As soon as we have a
 decision and explanation of it, I can put it in the release notes.
