 Running Sudoku from a vfat-formatted USB stick gave an error: "Could not
 find the board menu or plugin execution error [OK]" which displays for
 ~2s, and goes away. Long delay in startup - it eventually starts. We also
 saw "Could not find the board menu /puzzle/sudoku or plugin execution
 error [OK]". Appears to execute twice.
