Comment:

 The new Sugar GUI should enable airplane users to turn off both the mesh
 and the regular WiFi in the 8.2.0 release.  There is also an "aggressive
 suspend" mode that turns off the WiFi chip and USB ports.  This fix is a
 big improvement over the open-a-terminal, type-commands form of airplane
 mode.
