 I think I reproduced this on a clean install of 2263 last night.  It
 "checked" 23 activities, whatever that means, then hung with the message
 "Starting download".  After some minutes, I clicked "Cancel", it changed
 the message to "Cancelling" but still kept hanging.  I had to get out by
 clicking the X at the top of the control panel.

 When I tried to rerun it with just a few activities checked, it did the
 same thing.

 (What's the point of nominating something this broken as a weekly test
 build?  It fails even before you can get any activities running!)
