 Open dev.laptop.org.  The page is too wide and should have a horizontal
 scrollbar.  None appears.  But if you look closely, you'll see a white
 band across the bottom of the screen.  If you click on this, you'll
 discover that it is the missing horizontal scrollbar, it's just invisible.

 Tested in Browse-95 in joyride-2266.
