 The first patch (updated_journal.diff) reverses only BaseCollapsedEntry
 which excludes entry title leading to undesired behavior (open journal
 under ar_EG locale and click on an entry title to edit, it'll go to the
 end of the line instead of opening in place). The second patch
 (collapsedentry.diff) moves the RTL mirroring to CollapsedEntry so that
 calling _create_title_rentry() will put title entry as expected. So, we
 need the RTL reversing in CollapsedEntry only.
