 There is currently no confirmation required when deleting Journal entries.
 This, in combination with our lack of anything resembling a "trash can" or
 "recycle bin" can lead to lost data.

 In the (near) future we'll have backups, which will help the situation.
 However, I think it's still prudent to show a confirmation alert, ''at
 least'' for those entries which haven't yet been backed up.
