 It looks like we would crash on any .xo with a Unicode filename in.  (I
 disagree with not making Sugar regressions like this one release blockers.
 Just because something only seems to affect one activity now, it still
 needs to be evaluated separately for how serious it is.)

 Yeah, I think we definitely want to update the OS rather than activities
 here.
