Comment:

 The problem might be more general than this ticket describes.  I have had
 my XO suspend while a 'yum' download was proceeding.  I seem to remember
 having /etc/ohm/inhibit-idle-suspend put in *before* I did the download.
 If I am remembering correctly, then an ongoing download is not being
 recognized as "not idle".
