 powercfg
   - This command called HostCmd_CMD_802_11_PWR_CFG (0x0073) which is not
 in either the v5.1 or the v9 firmware specification.  It's an old command
 from old firmware and has been replaced with CMD_802_11_TPC_CFG AFAICT


 tpccfg
   - The firwmare spec strongly recommends that the actual Px levels not be
 changed since the TPC algorithm is no longer optimal.  Thus all that needs
 to be done is to set TPC on or off.  This can be done easily via
 SIWTXPOW's 'auto' mode.  When the TX power is not locked, the driver
 should enable TPC with the default Px values from the specification.
