 IP checksumming belongs in the IP stack.  The firmware should check frame
 integrity at layer 2 by means of the 802.11 Frame Check Sequence, and I
 believe that it already does that.  The test suggested by Albert does not
 produce frames with invalid FCS.

 IP checksum offloading is maybe a feature request, not a bug.  I recommend
 closing, but  I'll mark this as an enhancement for now.
