New description:

 When we upgrade Pippy from v22 to v23, we get:

 install newer bundle"

 And then it seems to fail to install the new Pippy.

 The easiest way to see the error message is to have Pippy 22 installed and
 then type:
 {{{
 $ sugar-control-panel -s install_update Pippy
 }}}
 at the Terminal.

 Read and Write are showing the same problem.
