Comment:

 Unfortunately your logs don't include logs for salut or network traces.
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Telepathy_debugging explains how to get more
 detailled log output for salut. For a network trace, a dump using tcpdump
 would be quite usefull to pinpoint where in the stack the problem lies.
