 Did some test with sugar-presence-service 0.82.0 and Salut was properly
 restarted as expected.

 For the record #7188 was reported with build 706 which was using this
 version of PS:
  sugar-presence-service  noarch     0.75.4-1.olpc2   olpc_koji-update1
 132 k

 Will check if something was changed since this version that could have
 fixed this bug.
