Comment:

 Deepak committed this to the testing kernel, and I committed the OHM side.
 Should be in the next Joyride build or thereabouts.

 [Testcase]

  * Pressing the power button should cause the laptop to go into suspend
  * Closing the lid after that should *not* cause the power light to come
 on
  * Opening the lid should reliably resume and turn the screen back on.
