 Please implement filtering tagging on primary blogs that are getting
 aggregated or remove the non-compliant blogs from the feeds list.

 Currently 8 out of the first 13 entries don't involve OLPC at all.  Three
 of which are from someone who is no longer part of OLPC at all, and one is
 sufficiently non-PC that we should have nothing to do with on a l.o URL.
