Comment:

 I made the bogus wiki page that the link ends up requesting
 (http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activitiesrelease-notes-update.1) a redirect to
 Release Notes/8.1.0.  So the link is no longer broken in Update.1.  But
 the problems with the link and http://library.laptop.org remain.
