Now that we have a Sugar control panel, how about allowing the user to
have more control of her color scheme than just 'Click to change your
 color:'

I suggest a palette of the valid stroke colors (18 by my count) and a
palette of the sensible fill colors for the selected stroke color.
Filtering by sufficient grayscale discrimination, and what may be
constrained by particular activities -- such as older chats requiring
 medium or dark fills.

A question about user colors: are we constrained to the the eighteen
describable in the command line sugar-control-panel or is any valid
(16-bit?) color usable. That is when we animate icons, or share XO-men, do
we send a rgb code, or something like 'green-medium-stroke, yellow-medium-
 fill'?
