 Because it makes it harder to be "on the stream" and parse the module
 name. Right, I understand now.

 So the current behaviour makes it easier for updates.laptop.org, but
 harder for the XS. Maybe we can support both from the client, attempt to
 fetch builds/name and buid-name.

 BTW, we don't need to HUP it (I was wrong), but we do need to rebuild
 rsyncd.conf on the XS.
