Comment:

 This turns out to be tougher than I assumed, since the ComboBox API
 doesn't expose a way to provide an icon and/or colors; only filename.
 Since we can't change API this late in the game, I'm instead going to send
 mail and request that the "offending" icons be packaged in the default
 colors for now, to hide the issue.  We'll fix it properly for 9.1.
