Comment:

 We are waiting for some sort of action and resolution on #4417, and
 verification that other steps described here are taking place, before we
 can close this bug. I have listed this bug as a blocker.

 Also, I am reassigning this bug to Dennis Gilmore who is full-time at OLPC
 and who should be able to help insure that this issue is depth with fully
 and as soon as possible.
