 The outside frame can get very annoying. to get it to come up i have to
 touch the right side of the screen many times to get it to come up.there
 could be a little tab on the edge of the screen that you have to click to
 bring it up. another solution could be having each program be in something
 that more represents a window that programs come up in on the Mac OsX and
 MS windows.
