Maybe. If set_multicast_list() gets called on the eth0 interface and it's
not listening on some of the addresses that the msh0 interface is, those
addresses will probably get dropped from the multicast list in the device.
Run 'ip maddr'. Are there addresses listed on msh0 that aren't on eth0?
