 A similar case was logged happening with a school mesh at:
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Collab_Network_School_Mesh_Tests#Test_0414E

 We'll try to get logs from both a laptop seeing the "missing laptop" (hard
 to find !) and one that doesn't see it.
