Comment:

 Yes, most of the gridding functionality of morphic evidently got
 inadvertently lost eight or ten years ago, and I salute Karl's
 kickstarting us into regaining the lost functionality.  I attach an
 alternative fix, applied in a different place which I think is marginally
 preferable.
