#6882: Laptop was running both salut and gabble at same time

 In a recent test (build 703), we found laptops which were showing a small
 number of the total laptops in the "school".  In many cases, these laptops
 were found to be running Salut for presence, instead of Gabble (#6881).
 In a smaller number of cases, we found laptops running BOTH Salut and
 Gabble.
