 Build 608 and 609.

Power up a laptop in the office. Check all the default settings once it is
up and running. It says it is connected to mesh1 in the network
neighborhood; the /etc/resolve.conf points to the school server
(cambridge.xs.laptop.org); All three of my laptops (in my office) get a
good 172.18.x.x address; they all have the same iwconfig that shows they
are on the same freq, etc.

I get no host found response when I try to ping google.com (or
 schoolserver) and no browser response.

Wad has assured me the school server is just fine.
(Wad - can you log into the schoolserver and see if it is just fine when
 you get this?)
