Comment:

 Ugh!

  1. Firefox limits the number of displayed entries to 15, we should do the
 same. The actual history is limited to 50 (i.e. you can go back more then
 the 15 entries you see) and I think that's fine.
  2. Palette should be displayed even if it goes out of screen.
