 The journal didnt show in the donut after an upgrade fron 603 to 608
 The journal log gave an exception error

 Any USB stick was not recognizable from the terminal(could a linked issue)
 so the actual journal log couldnt be copied.The first few lines were:
 1190942085.9370 ERROR -dbus.proxies: Introspect error on
 :1.5:/org/laptop/sugar/DataStore: dbus.exceptions.DBusException:
 org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a
 reply(timeout be message bus)

 Also, the Backup folder in the USB  stick included 2 folder after the
 upgrade:BACKUP.TGZ + COMPLETE.TGZ
