 Several issues here:

  * The generic icon is wanted behavior but in the video case we should
 actually be displaying a video icon. This is Sugar fault in not being
 checking parent types when mapping format to object type.
  * Browser can't open the audio file because of #3930.
  * Browser can't open the video file because it doesn't recognize the ogv
 extension. We might want to fix the browser at some point but on the short
 time it's probably easier to just make Record use ogg.
  * Record is not in the options because it doesn't advertise the mime
 types. My understanding is that they are not advertised by design because
 Record is not thought to open single media files. But we have to check
 with Erik.
  * Can you open a separate bug about W&L please?
