 I'm pretty sure this is a regression bug.

 Record an audio file from Record. Save it to the clipboard or journal. Try
 to resume it and the 'open with' options include the browser, but the
 browser can't seem to play it. The browser opens; and then just shows an
 empty browser window, and no sound.

 Not sure if this is a problem with the audio recording, mime types, or
 browse.
