 I'm working on adding Dbus support to Gnash, which I assume could be used
 to determine if the X0 is running on AC or DC. If there is another way to
 sense this, it'd probably be easy to have this StartStopped option enabled
 by default if on DC, and to always play the flash movie when on AC.
