 #3909 and #3910 fix sugar and web-activity with dbus-python version
 detection, which means the updated sugar and web-activity can safely be
 used with both old and new dbus-python.

 In both cases, if the version detection is removed and new dbus-python is
 assumed, the worst that will happen is that with old dbus-python, timeouts
 which were already made longer than the default (120 and 360 seconds
 respectively) will become extremely long (120000 and 360000 seconds). So
 it's probably safe to remove the version detection, in fact.
