 Forget numbering for now.  Also, the activity specified defaults requires
 activity participation, which we might not get in time.  Let's just handle
 ownership for 1.0, labeling them "<USER_NAME>'s <ACTIVITY_NAME> Activity".

 I've opened #3900 to cover the activity specified defaults.
