 I think it's pretty fundamental, but I also think that it doesn't have a
 any prominent use cases yet.  Good examples for why one would want an
 object from the Journal on the clipboard are to subsequently post it to a
 bboard, send it to a friend, or import it into another activity (directly,
 without need for an object chooser).  Only the last of these is in any way
 supported at this point. I leave it up to you; if there's no time before
 1.0, push out to 1.1.
