 I think it's important to have at least the proposed temporary solution
 for 1.0, with title and icon.  Right now it's just not clear at all what
 the action will do, because the current activity generally isn't visible
 while inviting from the Neighborhood.  Since this could inadvertently
 share data you didn't intend to (and because, more importantly, you can't
 kick someone out once they've been invited and the invitee is free to
 invite anyone else, or worse, make it public), this is a big problem.

 If the menu is only slightly harder than the temporary solution, then
 let's go for it.
